About the Role :
The AI Strategist (embedded accelerator) professional shapes the time boxed discovery, prototyping, and pattern validation, roadmap, and execution of AI-driven products and platforms. This role operates at the intersection of data science, technical development, and business strategy - ensuring that AI products deliver clear value, are ethically deployed, and support enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Vision & Roadmap : Define the strategic direction and time boxed discovery, prototyping, and pattern validation for AI products, maintaining a living roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Requirements Gathering & Prioritization : Lead rigorous collection and prioritization of product requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative AI features.
- Backlog Management : Translate strategy into a well-defined product backlog, sequencing initiatives to maximize business impact and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Bridge communication across technical teams (e.g., data scientists,
engineers) and business leaders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Market & Competitive Analysis : Conduct ongoing analysis of customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform strategic product decisions.
- Ethics & Compliance : Embed AI ethics, privacy, and regulatory requirements into product
functionality and deployment plans.
- Development Oversight : Guide agile development processes (e.g., Scrum/Kanban) and oversee releases, balancing innovation with risk management.
- Performance Measurement : Define and track KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize product performance and customer value.
- User Experience Advocacy : Ensure the usability, adoption, and effectiveness of AI-powered features for target end users.
- Partner & Vendor Management : Identify and manage strategic partnerships and vendor relationships relevant to the AI product lifecycle.
- Risk Management : Proactively monitor and mitigate technical, operational, and reputational risks associated with AI deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and advanced model architectures.
- Demonstrated experience in agile product management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Proven strategic planning, business case development, and product launch experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Deep awareness of AI ethics, governance, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, EU AI
Act).
- Proficient in market analysis, go-to-market strategies, and competitive intelligence.
- Experience with data management frameworks, cloud platforms, and AI model deployment.
- Bachelors or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related discipline.

- Scaling prototypes into enterprise-grade solutions while measuring business and user impact.
- Managing change across organizational functions to support AI adoption.
