SAP TOSCA Automation Tester

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP TOSCA Automation Tester with strong hands-on expertise in Tricentis TOSCA and SAP testing environments. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions, execute functional and regression testing across SAP modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and reliable business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, model-based test automation solutions using Tricentis TOSCA for SAP environments.

- Create reusable modules, test cases, and test step blocks in TOSCA, translating business requirements and functional specifications into automated test scripts.

- Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, and integration testing across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO, and SAP Fiori.

- Validate critical SAP business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

- Manage test data using TOSCA Test Data Management (TDM) and configure distributed test execution using TOSCA Distributed Execution (DEX).

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and regression automation.

- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.

- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely defect resolution.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, test planning, and in-sprint automation activities.

- Maintain test documentation, automation scripts, execution reports, and test results.

- Perform root-cause analysis, identify automation improvement opportunities, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 - 7 years of QA experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on Tricentis TOSCA automation testing in SAP environments.

- Strong expertise in TOSCA test automation, reusable module creation, model-based testing, and automation framework maintenance.

- Experience testing SAP ECC/S/4HANA and SAP modules such as MM, SD, FICO, and SAP Fiori.

- Understanding of SAP business processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.

- Hands-on knowledge of TOSCA TDM, DEX, and CI/CD integration.

- Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and in-sprint test automation practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Tricentis TOSCA AS1 and AS2 certifications or equivalent TOSCA Automation Engineer certifications.

- Experience working with cross-functional ERP, QA, and AI teams.
