Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Consultant to support the design, validation, and continuous improvement of an enterprise SDLC AI Assistant Application aimed at accelerating SAP project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Analytics solutions, reporting design, data modeling, documentation standards, and analytics governance.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Analytics Expertise :

- Provide expert guidance on SAP Analytics design principles, reporting standards, and best practices.

- Support the development of SAP Analytics-specific recommendation and artifact generation capabilities within the AI application.

- Identify reusable SAP reporting and analytics objects that can be leveraged by the AI platform.

SAP SDLC & Documentation Governance :

- Define and document reporting requirement templates, dashboard design templates, KPI definition documents, and analytics governance guidelines.

- Review and contribute to Functional Specifications (FS), Report Design Documents (RDD), Technical Design Specifications (TDS), and test scenarios.

SAP Analytics Standards & Best Practices Advisory :

- Act as the SAP Analytics Subject Matter Expert and as end user for implementation of reporting, analytics, and visualization standards within the AI Assistant platform.

- Define best practices for :

1. KPI and metric development

2. Data modeling

3. Report design

4. Dashboard development

5. Data governance

6. Analytical storytelling

- Ensure alignment with SAP-recommended analytics methodologies and Clean Core principles.

Stakeholder Coordination & Liaison :

- Serve as the primary bridge between SAP Functional Consultants and the Customer Side.

- Key responsibilities include :

1. Translating business reporting requirements into actionable technical requirements.

2. Facilitating workshops to identify reporting challenges, analytics opportunities, and automation use cases.

Knowledge Base Development :

- Assist in building and curating SAP Analytics knowledge repositories for the AI Assistant.

- Provide sample report specifications, KPI libraries, dashboard design standards, data models, and reporting best practices.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Analytics and Reporting solutions.

- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

- SAP BW/4HANA

- SAP BW on HANA

- SAP BusinessObjects

- SAP Embedded Analytics

- SAP CDS-based Analytics

- SAP Fiori Analytical Applications

- Strong understanding of :

1. Data modeling

2. KPI development

3. Dashboard design

4. Reporting architecture

5. Data governance

6. Analytics implementation methodologies

- Experience in integrating data from SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems.

- Deep understanding of reporting lifecycle management and analytics governance frameworks.

2. Report Requirement Documents

3. Technical Design Specifications (TDS)

4. Dashboard Design Documents

5. KPI Catalogs

6. Test Scenarios and Validation Documents

7. Analytics Governance Standards

- Familiarity with SAP analytics development standards, naming conventions, and quality assurance processes.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, SAP consultants, and technical teams.

- Proven experience leading reporting and analytics workshops.
