AI Trainer - ML/NLP/Deep Learning

Responsibilities :

- Deliver high-impact training sessions on core and advanced AI topics including :

1. Fundamentals of AI and Machine Learning

2. Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)

3. Natural Language Processing (NLP)

4. Computer Vision

5. Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT)

6. AI Model Deployment & MLOps

7. Ethical AI and Responsible AI Development

- Design and maintain course content, projects, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with real-world AI applications.

- Customize corporate training programs to match industry use cases, team maturity, and business goals.

- Mentor participants on hands-on projects, AI capstones, and career readiness.

- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, frameworks, and tools, and integrate them into the curriculum.

- Collaborate with product, content, and technical teams to design certification programs and learning paths.

- Evaluate learner performance and provide actionable feedback to ensure measurable learning outcomes.

- Conduct webinars, workshops, hackathons, and guest sessions as part of the learning ecosystem.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. Ph.D. is a plus.

- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, research, or training roles.

- Deep expertise in :

1. Python and AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face, OpenCV)

2. Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)

3. Deep Learning architectures (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers)

4. NLP techniques and tools (spaCy, NLTK, BERT, GPT, LLaMA, LangChain)

5. Deployment frameworks (Flask/FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, Streamlit)

- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.

- Prior experience as a technical trainer, educator, or mentor with excellent presentation skills.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and AI toolkits (e.g., Vertex AI, Azure ML, SageMaker).

Preferred Skills :

- Published work in AI/ML or participation in open-source AI projects.

- Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Cloud AI Engineer, Microsoft AI Fundamentals, DeepLearning.AI).

- Experience with corporate training or instructional design for tech teams.

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
