About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and deploying AI-driven applications, working with modern large language models (LLMs), and integrating intelligent systems into scalable backend architectures. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions and intelligent applications.

- Work extensively with LLMs (Large Language Models) and build AI-driven workflows.

- Integrate AI models with backend systems through APIs and microservices.

- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

- Build and optimize AI pipelines using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.

- Leverage OpenAI Assistants API and tools like Agency Swarm for building advanced AI agents.

- Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AI-based systems.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree (BE/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience in backend API development and system design.

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure).

- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially in NLP and LLM-based applications.

- Experience in integrating APIs and external services with AI models.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI.

- Familiarity with OpenAI Assistants API and multi-agent systems (e.g., Agency Swarm).

- Knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
