Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned AI Solutions Architect to spearhead the development and deployment of intelligent automation ecosystems using Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform.

In this 12-month contract role based in Bangalore, you will act as the technical bridge between complex business requirements and cutting-edge generative AI capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, stakeholders, and end-users to design, build, and scale autonomous AI agents that streamline enterprise workflows.

Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, transforming how our organization interacts with data and automating high-value business processes to drive measurable productivity gains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy custom Microsoft Copilot solutions to automate intricate business processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise data architectures.

- Develop and fine-tune AI agents using the Power Platform to reduce manual intervention in repetitive tasks, thereby accelerating project delivery timelines.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities, translating vague business challenges into robust, AI-driven technical specifications.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered automation projects, from initial prototyping and prompt engineering to production deployment and performance monitoring.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices for security, compliance, and scalability within the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered automation solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Advanced proficiency in the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, with a focus on building scalable, low-code/pro-code hybrid applications.

- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps, effectively communicating progress and roadblocks to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues between AI models and legacy business systems.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration in a hybrid work environment with global teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 5 - 14 years of relevant professional experience in software development or systems architecture.
