About the Role :

We are seeking an AI Security Engineer to secure and safeguard AI and machine learning solutions within our consulting ecosystem. This role focuses on threat modeling, red teaming, and implementing security guardrails for LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and AI pipelines while ensuring compliance with industry AI safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and mitigate security risks in LLM and Agent-based systems to prevent data breaches and unauthorized access.

- Conduct red teaming exercises to test and strengthen defenses against prompt injections, jailbreaks, and unsafe model behaviors.

- Develop and implement guardrails, content filters, and output validation layers to ensure safe AI outputs.

- Perform threat modeling using MITRE ATLAS and OWASP AI/ML frameworks to identify vulnerabilities.

- Secure RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embedding workflows to maintain AI data integrity.

- Implement secure agent tool access using sandboxing and least-privilege controls.

- Collaborate with AppSec teams to secure APIs, deployments, and data flows.

- Monitor, log, and respond to anomalies and unsafe LLM interactions according to organizational AI safety guidelines.

Requirements :

- 6 to 9 years of experience in AI/ML security or application security for AI/ML systems.

- Strong knowledge of AI/LLM security standards including OWASP LLM Top 10 and ML Security Top 10.

- Proficiency in Python, with experience in LangChain, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel architectures.

- Hands-on experience designing and securing APIs, including authentication and vulnerability mitigation.

- Familiarity with prompt injection defense, jailbreak mitigation, and RAG + vector database security.

- Experience in threat modeling using MITRE ATLAS and OWASP frameworks.

- Exposure to cloud AI platforms, preferably Azure, for cloud-based AI security.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, with specialization in AI Security
