Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced AI Program Manager to identify, evaluate, implement, and manage AI/ML initiatives across the organization. The role will work closely with Business Heads, CXOs, IT/Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Strategy, and Digital Transformation teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and prioritize AI/ML and GenAI use cases aligned with business objectives.

- Evaluate solution feasibility, architecture, business value, and implementation approach.

- Manage AI/ML vendors, startups, consulting firms, cloud providers, and technology partners.

- Drive end-to-end AI project/program implementation and delivery.

- Monitor AI solution performance, adoption, ROI, cost savings, and revenue impact.

- Ensure AI governance, risk management, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

- Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of AI solutions.

- Collaborate with CXOs, Business Heads, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Digital Transformation teams.

- Track timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall program performance.

Mandatory Skills :

- AI/ML Program Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, GenAI / Generative AI, AI Use Case Identification, AI Solution Design & Feasibility, End-to-End AI Project Delivery, Digital Transformation, Program / Project Management, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, CXO Management, AI Governance & Risk, Change Management, Business Case / ROI Analysis, Automation Initiatives.

Preferred :

- BFSI / Insurance / Retail industry experience.

- Experience with AI/ML vendors and startup ecosystem.

- AI/ML or Cloud certification.

- MBA preferred.

- Exposure to LLM, RAG, Generative AI and AI automation initiatives.

Qualification :

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, Data Science, Computer Science or related field. MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
