Role Overview :

As the AI Product Owner, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and execution of our AI product strategy. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations. Your deep understanding of AI technologies and product management principles will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI product offerings and delivering significant business impact. This role is based in Bangalore or Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and marketing, to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs, informing product development decisions.

- Drive product discovery and validation activities, including user interviews, A/B testing, and data analysis, to optimize product performance and user experience.

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving data-driven decision-making.

- Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to define and execute successful product strategies for AI and machine learning products.

- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, algorithms, and applications.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

- Proven ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
