About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of AI-powered products that drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate has strong technical understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, hands-on experience with modern AI tools, and a proven track record of taking AI solutions from concept to production. Experience in insurance or FinTech domains will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the product roadmap for AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Identify opportunities where AI can create value, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to inform product strategy.

- Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business needs into functional AI features.

- Oversee the complete AI/ML product lifecycledata collection, model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, tools, cloud platforms, and architectures.

- Lead experiments and POCs to validate hypotheses and drive adoption of new AI capabilities.

- Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to ensure model performance meets product and business requirements.

- Understand the nuances of LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI Agent frameworks.

- Collaborate on the integration of AI Agents, MCP servers, and automation pipelines into the product ecosystem.

- Convert product ideas into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

- Track product progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of AI features.

- Monitor performance in production and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

- Communicate product requirements, updates, and results to stakeholders at all levels.

- Partner with business teams, compliance, and leadership to ensure scalable and compliant AI deployments.

- Drive adoption of AI features through documentation, training, and internal evangelism.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 6 months working on AI-powered products.

- Proven experience launching production-grade AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.

- Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including data pipelines, model tuning, evaluation, and deployment.

- Hands-on experience using or evaluating AI/LLM platforms, vector databases, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Knowledge of AI Agents, MCP servers, context engineering, and modern AI toolchains.

- Familiarity with open-source AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- Ability to work with structured/unstructured data and understand model performance metrics.

- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
