Role : AI Product Manager

Location : Mumbai (Finance / Risk, Legal & Compliance / Treasury / Operations / HR)

About the Role :

Neo is building for the next phase of scale - where business functions are powered by intelligent systems, strong data foundations, and high-leverage tools.

We are hiring an AI Product Manager within each core function. This role will work closely with senior leadership (e.g., CFO, Head of Operations, CHRO) to design and build systems that improve how the function operates, makes decisions, and scales.

This is a 0-1 ownership role at the intersection of product, AI, and business.

What You Will Do :

1. Own High-Impact Problem Areas :

- Work directly with the senior leaders to identify critical bottlenecks and inefficiencies

- Break down complex workflows into solvable system-level problems

2. Build AI-Enabled Solutions :

Design and implement

- AI-assisted workflows (LLM-based use cases, copilots, internal tools)

- Automation pipelines and integrations (APIs, scripts, workflow tools)

- Move quickly from idea - prototype - production

3. Think in Systems, Not Tasks :

Convert manual, fragmented processes into :

- Structured, repeatable workflows

- Decision-support systems

- Scalable internal products

4. Drive Adoption :

- Ensure solutions are deeply embedded into business workflows, not just deployed

- Lead continuous iteration cycles to enhance effectiveness based on real-world usage

5. Measure Impact :

- Define and monitor KPIs across efficiency, process excellence, and decision quality

- Ensure all initiatives translate into meaningful, measurable business outcomes
