We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and outcome-driven AI Product Delivery Lead / Founding Solutions Engineer who can own software projects end-to-end from understanding the customers business problem to delivering measurable business outcomes.

This role combines the responsibilities of a Product Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Architect, Delivery Lead, and Solutions Consultant into one highly capable individual powered by AI-enabled execution.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, technical expertise, product thinking, and exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive projects independently with minimal dependency.

You will work directly with customers, understand their operational and business challenges, design scalable technology solutions, steer implementation using AI-assisted development workflows, and ensure successful adoption and measurable impact post deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own customer engagements end-to-end from problem discovery to deployment and outcome measurement.

- Understand customer business models, operational workflows, revenue structures, and strategic priorities.

- Translate business problems into scalable technology solutions and actionable product roadmaps.

- Make architecture and product decisions independently while balancing business and technical trade-offs.

- Design, prototype, and oversee development of web applications, AI-enabled products, dashboards, APIs, and automation solutions.

- Use AI tools and modern development workflows to accelerate product delivery and execution efficiency.

- Lead customer conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders including CTOs, leadership teams, and business users.

- Drive requirement gathering, solution design, implementation planning, and deployment activities.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships while acting as the primary owner of project outcomes.

- Monitor post-launch performance and ensure business objectives and KPIs are achieved.

- Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

- Push regular project updates and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.

- Improve systems, workflows, and delivery processes rather than simply executing tasks.

- Evaluate AI-generated outputs critically and validate accuracy before implementation.

- Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Manage ambiguity, solve complex business problems, and drive decisions proactively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to product strategy, business consulting, or digital transformation initiatives is an added advantage.

Experience Required :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Architecture, Technology Consulting, AI-enabled Product Delivery, or Full-Stack Product Development roles
