Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Program Manager to lead and drive large-scale AI and machine learning initiatives within the automotive domain. This role will focus on delivering data-driven solutions across areas such as connected vehicles, autonomous systems, predictive maintenance, and intelligent manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end AI/ML program management, from ideation to deployment and scaling

- Define program roadmaps, timelines, and delivery milestones aligned with business objectives

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders

- Drive implementation of AI/ML use cases such as predictive analytics, computer vision, NLP, and IoT-based solutions

- Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and performance of AI/ML solutions

- Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

- Translate business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions and frameworks

- Oversee vendor management and external partnerships, if applicable

- Track and report program KPIs, ROI, and business impact

- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI practices

KPIs / Success Metrics :

- Successful delivery of AI/ML programs within scope, time, and budget

- Business impact and ROI from AI/ML initiatives

- Model deployment and adoption rates

- Stakeholder satisfaction and program efficiency

Requirements :

- 10 to 14 years of experience in program/project management with exposure to AI/ML initiatives

- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and AI technologies

- Experience in automotive domain (ADAS, EVs, connected vehicles, or manufacturing analytics) preferred

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and global teams

- Familiarity with tools/platforms such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
