AI/ML Engineer - Python/Agentic AI

Description :

Must-Have :

- 5-6 years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.

- 1+ year of hands-on experience building Agentic AI / Autonomous Agent systems.

- Strong proficiency in Python.

- Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, and generative AI concepts.

- Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain, etc.).

- Strong hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.

- Solid experience with prompt engineering and agent prompting strategies.

Cloud & Engineering :

- Experience working on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deployment pipelines.

- Strong software engineering fundamentals and API design skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with multi-agent coordination and orchestration.

- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, adapters, or open-source model hosting.

- Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps practices.

- Experience with observability tools for AI systems.

- Background in building enterprise-grade AI products.
