AI/ML Engineer - NLP/LLM

Description :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling ML models, especially in the context of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large/Small Language Models (LLMs/SLMs). You will play a key role in shaping AI-driven solutions, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and efficiency using the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and MLOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models with a focus on NLP and LLMs/SLMs.

- Build and automate scalable pipelines using MLOps frameworks.

- Manage end-to-end ML lifecycle : data preprocessing, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Integrate ML models into production using Cloud Run, CloudSQL, and other GCP services.

- Perform data analysis and modeling using Python and BigQuery.

- Optimize model performance and ensure model explainability and compliance.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and MLOps workflows.

- Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and working with LLMs/SLMs.

- Proficient in using BigQuery, Cloud Run, CloudSQL, and other GCP services.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes is plus).

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with model monitoring and drift detection in production.

- Background in statistics or applied mathematics.

- Google Cloud certification (e.g., Professional ML Engineer or Data Engineer).
