Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer located in Pune.

The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities include applying pattern recognition, building and optimizing neural network architectures, developing and refining algorithms, and analyzing large datasets using statistical methods.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products will also be required.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks

- Strong foundation in Algorithms and Computer Science principles

- Solid understanding and application of Statistics in AI/ML models

- Experience with machine learning tools, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn)

- 7+ years of experience

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields; Master's or PhD preferred

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and large-scale datasets

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing systems is a plus
