- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production environments.

- Work on NLP, Transformers, and LLM fine-tuning.

- Implement vector database-based retrieval systems.

- Develop scalable AI-powered APIs and optimize performance.

- Work extensively with Python libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-Learn.

- Build and train deep learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Design and maintain advanced MongoDB schemas and optimize queries.

- Implement MLOps best practices including :

1. Model versioning

2. Monitoring

3. Logging

4. Retraining pipelines

- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker.

- Orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes.

- Work with distributed processing frameworks.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Primary Skills (Mandatory) :

- Strong experience in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn)

- Hands-on with TensorFlow or PyTorch

- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and Transformers

- Practical exposure to vector databases

- Strong knowledge of MongoDB (advanced usage)

- Experience with MLOps lifecycle management
