Job Description :

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning and AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in model development, MLOps practices, and production deployment, with the ability to translate business requirements into intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business applications.

- Build scalable end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, and optimization.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Deploy models using APIs and containerized environments.

- Monitor model performance and implement retraining strategies.

- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Teams.

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Technical Skills Required :

Programming & Core Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles

Machine Learning & AI :

- Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms

- Experience with ensemble models (XGBoost, Random Forest, etc.)

- Deep learning experience (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras)

- Model evaluation, cross-validation, and hyperparameter tuning

MLOps & Deployment :

- Experience building ML pipelines

- Model deployment using Flask / FastAPI

- Containerization using Docker

- CI/CD tools

- Experience with MLflow or similar tools

- Monitoring model drift and performance

Cloud & Big Data (Preferred) :

- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP

- Knowledge of Spark or distributed computing frameworks

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

Key Competencies :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to design scalable AI architectures

- Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

- Experience working in agile development environments
