AI/ML Developer - Large Language Models

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced AI/ML Developer with 710 years of hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.

This is a remote opportunity aligned to US business hours, and candidates must be comfortable working in the US shift. We are seeking a senior professional who is passionate about building intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered systems and agents that solve real-world business challenges. You will play a key role in shaping advanced AI capabilities and driving innovation across multiple applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents from scratch, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.

- Build, fine-tune, and optimize LLM and NLP pipelines for use cases such as conversational AI, semantic search, summarization, and recommendation systems.

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enable accurate and context-aware knowledge retrieval.

- Work with graph databases such as Neo4j where applicable for knowledge graph modeling and intelligent data relationships.

- Research, evaluate, and integrate state-of-the-art AI frameworks, tools, and models into production systems.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define AI-driven features and technical roadmaps.

- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

- Apply prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning techniques to enhance AI outputs.

- Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, scalability, and responsible AI standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in AI/ML with a strong focus on NLP and LLM-based systems.

- Proven experience working as a Data Architect / AI Architectlevel developer, designing scalable data and AI architectures.

- Deep understanding of RAG architectures, agentic frameworks, and AI orchestration tools.

- Hands-on experience building custom AI agents from scratch.

- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar.

- Experience working with vector databases and graph databases (Neo4j preferred).

- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector stores such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar platforms.
