AI/ML Centre of Excellence Head

Description :

- Act as the central authority for AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, Blockchain, and IoT initiatives

- Partner with pre-sales and business teams to shape AI use cases, demos, and solution proposals

- Lead the transition from partner-led to in-house AI solution development

- Build and scale AI accelerators, reusable models, prompt libraries, and frameworks

- Establish and enforce AI governance (ethics, explainability, compliance, and security)

- Collaborate with business unit leaders to embed AI into products, services, and internal processes

- Drive AI capability development, certifications, and internal learning programs (AI Academy)

- Track and report ROI, revenue impact, and pipeline contribution from AI initiatives

- Own and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for AI-led offering.

Key Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, ML platforms, and MLOps

- Exposure to Blockchain and AIIoT integrations

- Proven experience in building CoEs, platforms, or AI accelerators

- Strong stakeholder management across business and technology leadership

- Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions

Qualifications :

- Masters degree (preferred) in :

1. Artificial Intelligence

2. Machine Learning

3. Data Science

4. Computer Science / Analytics

- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus for business-facing leadership roles

Preferred Certifications :

- Generative AI / LLM certifications

- MLOps / Cloud AI certifications
