We're already working with enterprise customers and have seen 3X revenue growth in the last 12 months. Now, we're rebuilding the platform with AI at the core.

The Role :

Were looking for an AI Lead / Head of Applied AI to join the founding team (potential co-founder).

You will own the AI vision and execution end-to-end from architecture to deployment and embed intelligence deeply into the product.

This is a builder-first leadership role, where you will work directly with founders, make key decisions, and build the AI foundation of the company.

What Youll Do :

- Architect and build AI-first systems across the platform

- Design and deploy LLM-powered solutions (RAG, agents, conversational AI)

- Build agentic workflows across the recruiting lifecycle

- Integrate AI deeply into the core SaaS application

- Define evaluation, guardrails, and reliability frameworks

- Hire and lead a high-impact AI engineering team

- Work closely with customers to solve real-world problems using AI

What Were Looking For :

- 6 to 10 years of experience, with exposure to 01 or 110 startup journeys

- 2+ years building AI-first / AI-native products

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, agentic systems

2. Python-based AI development

3. Production-grade AI deployment

- Solid understanding of SaaS architectures and scalable systems

- Ability to operate as a builder + leader + problem solver

- Strong customer-facing mindset and product thinking

- High ownership, speed, and comfort with ambiguity
