AI & GenAI Strategy :

- Define and own Mouri Tech enterprise AI and GenAI architecture

- Lead the design of domain-specific LLMs, AI copilots, and agent-based systems

- Establish AI standards, reference architectures, and reusable frameworks

- Guide teams on model selection (LLMs, SLMs, open-source, proprietary) and hybrid AI strategies

Solution Architecture & Delivery :

- Architect and review end-to-end AI solutions from data ingestion to model inference and enterprise integration

- Lead RAG, knowledge-based AI, and multi-agent orchestration implementations

- Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and cost optimization

- Provide technical leadership for multi-client AI programs

AI Engineering & Platform Enablement :

- Define LLMOps / MLOps frameworks for training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring

- Drive adoption of vector databases, embeddings, and AI pipelines

- Ensure production-readiness of AI platforms running on cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement :

- Support pre-sales, solutioning, and CXO-level AI discussions

- Lead AI discovery workshops, PoCs, and value assessments

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years in AI, ML, or data engineering, with at least 3 - 5 years in GenAI / LLM-based systems

- Strong expertise in LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and AI agent architectures

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge-based AI

- Experience designing LLMOps / MLOps pipelines

- Proficiency in Python and cloud-native AI architectures

- Ability to work with enterprise stakeholders and delivery teams

Good-to-Have :

- Experience with domain-specific AI (Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Supply Chain, Service Ops)

- Knowledge of fine-tuning, LoRA, RLHF, or model optimization

- Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and data privacy

- Experience building enterprise AI platforms or copilots
