- We are seeking an experienced and hands-on AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced data science and artificial intelligence solutions.

- This role requires a strong technical background combined with leadership capabilities to guide a team of data scientists and ML engineers while actively contributing to model development and innovation.

- As an AI Lead, you will be responsible for translating business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions, building predictive and prescriptive models, and ensuring their successful integration into production systems.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven outcomes.

- Key responsibilities include developing and optimizing machine learning models, leading end-to-end data science projects, establishing best practices for experimentation and model evaluation, and ensuring robust data pipelines.

- You will also mentor team members, conduct code and model reviews, and stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and data science.

- The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Python, machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn), and data manipulation tools.

- Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, MLOps, and deploying models at scale is essential.

- You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of statistics and algorithms, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
