We are seeking an experienced AI / Language Model Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and language model solutions.

The role involves working with large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP) pipelines, and AI frameworks to build scalable, intelligent applications that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize large language models (LLMs) and NLP solutions for various applications

- Fine-tune, train, and deploy pre-trained models for domain-specific tasks such as chatbots, summarization, and information extraction

- Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize prompts for specific business use cases

- Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and embeddings

- Integrate AI/LM solutions into enterprise applications, APIs, and services

- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery

- Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, accuracy, and efficiency

- Document methodologies, experiments, and results for reproducibility and knowledge sharing

- Stay updated with state-of-the-art AI/LLM research and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or ML engineering

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)

- Strong programming skills in Python (and familiarity with Java or JavaScript is a plus)

- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers

- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering

- Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, deployment, and scaling

- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment
