AI Head/Chief Technology Officer

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary technology leader to take on a dual role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Head of AI, responsible for building and driving the organization's complete AI and technology landscape.

This is a strategic and execution-heavy leadership role where the candidate will own the entire AI ecosystem, define the technology direction of the company, and build scalable AI-driven capabilities from the ground up.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has not only led AI/ML functions but has also built teams, platforms, and enterprise-scale AI systems that directly contribute to business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and define the overall technology and AI vision, architecture, and roadmap for the organization.

- Build and lead the entire AI division, including AI/ML, Data Science, GenAI, and Engineering teams.

- Drive end-to-end AI transformation across products, operations, and business functions.

- Establish scalable AI/ML platforms, infrastructure, and MLOps frameworks.

- Architect and deliver enterprise-grade solutions across Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.

- Lead development and deployment of production-ready AI systems at scale.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business strategy and growth goals.

- Build strong engineering culture, processes, and delivery excellence within the technology and AI teams.

- Drive innovation, experimentation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies (LLMs, autonomous agents, etc.).

- Ensure robust AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

- Act as a key technology decision-maker and innovation leader for the organization.

Required Experience & Skills :

- Proven experience in senior leadership roles such as CTO, Head of AI, VP Engineering, or equivalent.

- Strong experience in building AI/ML organizations, platforms, and capabilities from scratch or at scale.

- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

- Hands-on understanding of LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and modern AI architectures.

- Strong background in cloud platforms, data engineering, and MLOps ecosystems.

- Experience delivering AI systems into production in enterprise or large-scale environments.

- Strong ability to translate business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions.

- Proven leadership in managing large, cross-functional technology and AI teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building AI Centers of Excellence (AI CoE).

- Exposure to CTO-level responsibilities in product or enterprise organizations.

- Strong understanding of AI commercialization and product strategy.

- Experience in leading digital or AI-driven business transformation initiatives.
