Job Overview :


We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer specializing in Voice & Speech Technologies to design, build, and optimize intelligent voice and chatbot experiences. This role focuses on developing AI-driven conversational flows, integrating LLM / Generative AI capabilities, and working with speech technologies for telephony and real-time voice interactions.


Required Skills :


- 5- 9 years of experience in AI / Conversational AI / Voice & Speech technologies.


- Strong experience with NLP, NLU, and conversational AI frameworks.


- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI for dialog systems.


- Experience working with TTS, STT, and real-time voice processing.


- Understanding of telephony concepts, including SIP and call flow design.


- Proficiency in API integrations and backend system communication.


- Strong analytical and debugging skills for conversational workflows.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design and develop AI-driven conversational flows for chatbots and voice bots.


- Build, train, and optimize NLU/NLP models, including intent classification, entity extraction, and context management.


- Create, enhance, and maintain voice bot call flows using Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) components.


- Implement Generative AIpowered dialog flows and LLM-based response systems.


- Integrate conversational AI solutions with internal and external systems using REST / API-based integrations.


- Develop and maintain SIP-based call flows and telephony logic for voice applications.


- Ensure seamless interaction between AI models, backend services, telephony systems, and voice workflows.


- Optimize performance, accuracy, and user experience across conversational channels.
