AI Engineer - Python

AI Lead :

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead to join our team and spearhead the development, optimization, and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. If you're passionate about modern AI technologies, model fine-tuning, and building low-latency intelligent systems, we'd love to connect!

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models.

- Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., LLMs, vision models) for production use cases.

- Optimize system performance with a focus on latency, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data science.

- Stay current with emerging AI/ML trends and apply best practices in production environments.

- Build and mentor a small team of AI/ML engineers (as the team scales).

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with hands-on production deployments.

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

- Experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) or domain-specific transformers.

- Strong understanding of ML Ops, distributed systems, and inference optimization.

- Proven experience in reducing model inference time and improving response latency.

- Familiarity with tools like ONNX, TensorRT, Ray, or similar for performance improvement.
