AI Engineer - Machine Learning

We are hiring an experienced AI Engineer (with a Data Science background) to lead the design and deployment of AI-driven workflow automation systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy ML models for classification, prediction & NLP

- Automate internal and external business processes using AI

- Develop and scale APIs and microservices for production systems

- Integrate AI models with CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing tools

- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead end-to-end model lifecycle

- Mentor junior engineers and drive MLOps best practices

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science / AI Engineering

- Strong Python skills (Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace)

- Hands-on with tools like Airflow, UiPath, Zapier

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker/Kubernetes

- MLOps, CI/CD pipeline knowledge

Bonus Skills :

- Experience in fintech/healthcare/SaaS

- Worked with LLMs, RAG architecture, or real-time data (Kafka/Spark)
