AI Engineer/Lead/Director - Machine Learning Framework

We are looking for an AI Engineer / Lead / Director to design and build intelligent systems that power Aeria's smart building platform. This role combines hands-on AI development with technical leadership, owning the AI roadmap from ideation to production.

Responsibilities :

- Build AI systems for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and demand forecasting across smart buildings.

- Develop and deploy LLM-powered natural language interfaces enabling conversational analytics and dashboards.

- Design AI-driven, modular analytics dashboards dynamically generated based on user behavior and data context.

- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous learning.

- Mentor and lead a high-impact AI team across data science, backend, and product engineering.

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to embed AI insights into user workflows.

Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or backend engineering roles.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks.

- Experience building scalable data pipelines and ML systems in production.

- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
