AI Engineer - LangGraph/LangChain

Job Description :

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Engineer to help reimagine and design next-generation AI applications at a global scale. This role is a key part of our innovation-driven team that develops intelligent, memory-augmented, and agentic AI systems by leveraging state-of-the-art frameworks and models. As an AI Engineer, you will build scalable AI solutions, design multimodal workflows, deploy production-ready models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to revolutionize enterprise processes and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, and other cutting-edge frameworks.

- Integrate and fine-tune advanced models including OpenAI's o1/o3, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Meta's Llama 4.

- Implement multi-agent systems using protocols such as MCP and A2A for orchestrated, intelligent agent collaboration.

- Build memory-augmented AI systems with long-context models and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) techniques.

- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to bring prototypes into scalable production.

- Contribute to high-level system design, model evaluation, deployment, and operationalization.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, SLMs, LLMs, and integrate best practices into development.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

- Strong proficiency in Python; experience with libraries such as PyTorch, NumPy, and Pandas.

- Hands-on experience with frameworks/tools like LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.

- Experience in developing and deploying large and small language models (LLMs/SLMs).

- Familiarity with multi-agent architectures and communication protocols like MCP and A2A.

- Knowledge of memory-augmented AI systems and long-context modeling.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, and CI/CD tools for MLOps.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred :

- Experience in prompt engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.

- Passion for innovation in AI and a desire to contribute to transformative, enterprise-level AI applications.
