Role Overview :

Were seeking an AI Engineer to design and build intelligent systems powered by LLMs, prompt-based automation, and multi-agent frameworks. Youll work with technologies like LangGraph, AgnoAI, LangChain, and pgvector, while building scalable backend services using FastAPI and PostgreSQL. This is an opportunity to shape modern AI-powered applications while working with tools like Cursor, Notion, and Figma.

Responsibilities :

- Develop LLM-based agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or AgnoAI

- Design modular, reusable prompts and prompt chains

- Build REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI

- Implement semantic search and vector-based memory using PostgreSQL with pgvector

- Use Cursor.dev as your AI-native IDE, contributing to and enforcing team-wide Cursor rules

- Collaborate with design and product using Figma and Notion

- Debug, test, and deploy multi-agent systems in real-world applications

Required Skills :

- 3-4 years of software engineering experience (AI/ML or backend)

- Strong Python programming skills

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or AgnoAI

- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and pgvector

- Proficiency with FastAPI and REST API development

- Exposure to Cursor.dev, Figma, and Notion

- Strong communication, logical reasoning, and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate

- Background in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

- Familiarity with prompt testing frameworks or AI observability

- Interest in AI copilots, autonomous agents, or productivity tools
