Responsibilities :

- Build AI systems that power Aeria's smart building intelligence from predictive analytics and anomaly detection to LLM-driven natural language interfaces (NLI) that enable conversational interactions with dashboards and apps.

- Lead the design of dynamic, modular AI-generated analytics dashboards, transforming how property managers visualize data.

- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines that continuously learn from usage patterns across large tenant ecosystems.

- Mentor a small, high-impact AI team that blends data science, backend, and product engineering.

- Partner with product and design to integrate AI insights directly into the user journey, making buildings truly responsive.

Requirements :

- Have 5-10 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or backend systems.

- Are hands-on with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks.

- Love bridging technical depth and product experience.

- Are data-driven, curious, and thrive in zero-to-one environments.

- Can turn messy data into delightful, intuitive interfaces.
