Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to design and lead the development of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and scalable system architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define technical architecture and solution blueprints for AI-powered agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.

- Design scalable, secure, and reusable AI solutions for enterprise applications.

- Establish architecture principles, design standards, and reference patterns for AI systems.

- Architect end-to-end AI solutions involving LLMs, RAG, vector search, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations.

- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs.

- Design AI agents for use cases such as intelligent assistants, recommendation systems, workflow automation, and decision-support systems.

- Define solution patterns for prompt orchestration, memory management, context handling, and observability.

- Architect enterprise knowledge access frameworks using structured and unstructured data sources.

- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

- Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance to engineering teams.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to long-term AI strategy and roadmap.

Mandatory Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with 35 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.

- Strong experience in enterprise-scale and distributed system architecture.

- Proficiency in Python and backend system design, APIs, and integration patterns.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and RAG.

- Experience in building AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, or agent-based solutions.

- Strong knowledge of microservices and enterprise integration patterns.

- Experience defining architecture standards and reusable frameworks.

- Understanding of AI evaluation, validation, grounding, and observability.

- Knowledge of enterprise security, privacy, and governance for AI systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and production systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile environments.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.

- Exposure to Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Kafka, and microservices-based platforms.

- Experience with vector databases, caching layers, and AI observability tools.

- Understanding of recommendation systems, personalization, and analytics platforms.

- Knowledge of enterprise AI governance and compliance.

- Experience mentoring teams and guiding technical design reviews.

- Exposure to SaaS platforms, enterprise software, and digital transformation initiatives.
