Role Overview :

We are looking for an AI Architect to design, build, and deploy agent-driven intelligent workflows. You will translate business processes into scalable AI systems using LLMs, orchestration tools, and workflow automation platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and building AI solutions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities :

Agent & Workflow Design :

- Design modular agentic workflows using tools like n8n, LangChain, CrewAI, or internal frameworks

- Convert documents, transcripts, and task narratives into structured workflows and action plans

Agent Development & Deployment :

- Build autonomous AI agents with memory, planning, tool usage, and decision-making capabilities

- Implement orchestration logic, fallback mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop systems

Platform Integration :

- Integrate AI agents with REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise systems

- Work with Microsoft ecosystem tools such as M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Power Automate

RAG & Knowledge Systems :

- Design and implement RAG-based AI agents

- Work with vector databases, prompt engineering, hallucination control, and knowledge graphs

Collaboration :

- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver POCs and production solutions

- Participate in UAT, performance tuning, and risk evaluation

Required Skills & Experience :

- ~5+ years of experience in intelligent workflow design, business systems, or automation

- Strong Python programming skills

- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, Airflow)

- Experience with LLM agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel)

- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, NLP, and task planning

- Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON, webhooks

- Ability to design scalable, modular, and resilient systems

Nice to Have :

- Background in Business Analysis or Data Analysis

- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant)

- Exposure to NLP tasks (summarization, classification, entity extraction)

- Experience building reusable libraries or internal frameworks
