Role Overview :

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI & Automation Specialist to join our high-performance team in Chennai or Bangalore. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and engineer automated systems that drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end automation pipelines to streamline internal processes and reduce manual intervention for our operations teams.

- Develop and fine-tune machine learning models to solve specific business problems, ensuring high accuracy and reliability for end-users.

- Partner with engineering leads to integrate AI-driven features into our core product suite, directly impacting customer engagement and retention metrics.

- Monitor and optimize existing automation frameworks to ensure system scalability and performance as our user base grows.

- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and business impact.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building and deploying AI/ML models using Python, with a strong grasp of frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Proven ability to design scalable automation workflows using tools like RPA platforms, workflow orchestration engines, or custom API integrations.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data patterns and translate them into strategic technical solutions.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.

- A collaborative spirit, comfortable working in a hybrid environment that requires both deep focus and active participation in cross-functional team syncs.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, backed by 3-8 years of hands-on experience in AI and automation domains.
