Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Information Technology Manager to lead and evolve our IT operations and digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT, ensuring security, scalability, uptime, and compliance. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals, especially in a fast-growing med-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure : servers, workstations, cloud systems, LAN/WAN, storage, telephony, and software systems

- Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and cybersecurity protocols across the organization

- Lead the planning and implementation of new IT projects including ERP, CRM, network upgrades, and data migration

- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights for secure system operation

- Oversee IT support functions, ensuring timely issue resolution and end-user satisfaction

- Ensure business continuity through regular system backups, disaster recovery plans, and risk mitigation

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to support growth, security, and operational efficiency

- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and annual IT budgeting

- Stay updated on healthcare-specific compliance and IT regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ISO 27001)

Technical Skills Required :

- Operating Systems : Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS)

- Networking : TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall), VPNs, Switches/Routers

- Cloud Platforms : Microsoft Azure, AWS (basic knowledge), Office 365 Administration

- IT Security : Endpoint protection, SIEM tools, Antivirus Solutions (Symantec, Bitdefender), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), MFA

- Database & Systems : SQL Server, MySQL, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo preferred)

- Backup & DR Tools : Veeam, Acronis, or similar enterprise-grade backup software

- DevOps/Automation (Nice to Have) : Knowledge of PowerShell, Ansible, or scripting for task automation

- Ticketing/Monitoring Tools : Jira, Zabbix, Nagios, or similar

- Asset & License Management tools

Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Masters preferred)

- 710 years of progressive experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity

- Relevant certifications such as :

1. CompTIA Network+ / Security+

2. Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate / MCSA

3. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

4. ITIL Foundation Certification (Preferred)

- Proven experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure in manufacturing or healthcare domains is a plus
