RPA Developer for a leading project that we are holding with us for the Noida location.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative automation team focused on driving efficiency and innovation across business processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The team works closely with business stakeholders, IT, and QA teams to deliver scalable and reliable automation solutions. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation.

What You Will Do :

- Analyze, design, and develop RPA solutions to automate business processes efficiently.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document process requirements.

- Build, test, and deploy automation bots ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated workflows.

- Monitor RPA bots in production and resolve issues, exceptions, or failures promptly.

- Support and enhance existing automations by identifying improvement opportunities.

- Work closely with IT, QA, and business users to ensure smooth implementation and integration.

- Maintain documentation such as Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).

- Ensure all automation solutions comply with established standards, governance, and best practices.

What you will need :

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.

- Experience in designing and developing end-to-end automation solutions.

- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automation workflows.

- Hands-on experience in bot development, testing, and deployment.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good understanding of documentation standards (PDD, SDD, etc.).

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of automation governance, security, and compliance standards.

- Knowledge on Power Platform.
