We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Test Management to lead end-to-end test management activities for large-scale infrastructure and managed services programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test strategy, defect management, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance, with experience managing testing across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end test management activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting for infrastructure and managed services projects.

- Define and implement test strategies, methodologies, and governance aligned with business and project objectives.

- Manage the complete defect lifecycle, ensuring timely identification, prioritization, resolution, and reporting of issues.

- Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure successful test execution and delivery.

- Establish test schedules, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

- Manage functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and non-functional testing activities.

- Utilize enterprise Test Management tools to track test execution, defects, metrics, and overall project quality.

- Prepare and present test status reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments to internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards, testing frameworks, and governance processes.

- Mentor testing teams and drive continuous improvement through best practices and process optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Test Management and Defect Management within enterprise infrastructure or managed services environments.

- Strong knowledge of test management methodologies, processes, and quality assurance best practices.

- Hands-on experience with enterprise Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.

- Good understanding of ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119, TMMi, and ITIL Service Validation & Testing.

- Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure environments, including data centers, end-user computing, and service desk operations.

- Experience managing functional, performance, security, and non-functional testing.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

- Experience working with globally distributed teams in a matrix environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ITIL v3/v4 Certification.

- PRINCE2, PMP/PMI, or equivalent project management certification.

- Prior experience as a Test Analyst, Test Lead, or Project Manager.

- Experience in infrastructure transformation, managed services, or large-scale enterprise IT programs.
