We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications across frontend and backend systems.

This role requires strong hands-on development skills, architectural thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.

You will be responsible for end-to-end feature development, ensuring code quality, performance, and security, while mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

- Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Ensure seamless integration between frontend, backend, and database layers.

- Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and technology selection.

- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

- Perform code reviews and enforce best engineering practices.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Design and manage relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity.

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) to deploy and scale applications.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis.

- Mentor junior developers and support team growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Node.js / Java / Python / .NET (any one or more).

- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Experience building responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern UI libraries.

- Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, NgRx, etc.

- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications
