Agile Coach - Project Management

Job Description :

- Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks, and practices

- Drive Agile adoption, maturity, and continuous improvement across teams

- Facilitate Agile workshops, training sessions, ceremonies, and retrospectives

- Support Agile Release Train (ART) launches and PI/Quarterly Planning

- Deliver Agile and Scaled Agile training and create training material

- Mentor leaders on portfolio-level agility and Agile mindset transformation

- Drive adoption of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Agile tooling

- Track Agile maturity and use metrics to measure delivery performance and outcomes

- Enable collaboration, transparency, and high-performing self-managed teams
