Role:

Guidewire Policy Architect.

Responsibilities:

- Lead PolicyCenter design, configuration, development, and technical delivery.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Guide development across product model, rating, underwriting, and policy transactions.

- Design and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems.

- Conduct code and design reviews and enforce development standards.

- Mentor developers, resolve technical blockers, and support sprint planning.

- Coordinate with architects, business analysts, QA, and release teams.

- Support deployments, defect resolution, performance tuning, and production stabilization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6 - 10 years of experience in configuration and customization for any Guidewire Policy system development.

- Experience on Qusar, Palisades, Olos, Niseko, or Mammoth.

- Product model, rating, underwriting, and policy lifecycle expertise.

- Strong Gosu and PCF development skills.

- Web services, APIs, integrations, batch, and messaging.

- Guidewire Cloud exposure.

- Hands-on technical leadership in Agile delivery.

Good To Have:

- Guidewire certification.

- APD experience.

- Commercial or Personal Lines domain knowledge.

- CI/CD and automated quality engineering exposure.
