Role : Guidewire Senior Policy Developer.

Experience : 4 - 8 Years.

Job Location : Hyderabad.

Responsibilities :

- Configure PolicyCenter components, business rules, typelists, and workflows.

- Develop Gosu logic and customize PCF screens.

- Implement product model, rating, underwriting, and policy transaction enhancements.

- Build and support APIs, web services, and integrations.

- Prepare unit tests, technical documentation, and deployment artefacts.

- Investigate defects and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- Participate in code reviews, estimation, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 - 6 years of experience in configuration and customization for any Guidewire Policy system development.

- Hands-on PolicyCenter configuration and development.

- Gosu programming and PCF development.

- Product model and policy lifecycle knowledge.

- API and web services integration experience.

- Understanding of Guidewire data model, rules, and workflows.

- Knowledge of Commercial or Personal Lines insurance.

Good To Have :

- Guidewire Cloud experience.

- Good to have experience on Qusar, Palisades, Olos, Niseko, or Mammoth.

- APD or rating experience.

- Guidewire certification.

- CI/CD and automated testing exposure.
