Role overview :
Crowes Microsoft Consulting is building a new kind of delivery capability for the AI era: one that combines engineering depth, business process fluency, solution architecture, and change leadership. We are hiring an Agentic Solution Engineering leader who can help clients move beyond traditional system implementation and into AI-enabled business process transformation.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly technical, hands-on, and comfortable working across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, data platforms, integrations, and automation. The person must be able to understand a business process deeply, identify where AI agents and automation can create measurable value, and then design and build practical solutions that work inside real enterprise environments.
Equally important, this person will help reshape and upskill Crowe teams that may be more accustomed to traditional implementation models. This role requires someone who can teach by doing, raise the technical bar, introduce agentic delivery patterns, and help consultants think differently about how work, systems, data, and AI come together.
What you will do :
- Lead the technical design and delivery of AI-enabled business process solutions across Microsoft business applications, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Dataverse, Fabric, integrations, and related enterprise technologies.
- Translate business problems into technical solution patterns, including agentic workflows, copilots, automation, system integrations, data enrichment, decision support, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, client stakeholders, and delivery teams to understand process pain points before recommending technology.
- Build prototypes, proof of concepts, reusable assets, accelerators, and delivery patterns that demonstrate how AI agents can support, orchestrate, or automate business processes.
- Design solutions that balance autonomy with governance, auditability, security, exception handling, escalation, and human judgment.
- Help define practical architectures for agent-enabled processes, including data access, knowledge retrieval, workflow orchestration, system actions, monitoring, and controls.
- Coach and upskill Crowe team members on modern AI delivery methods, including agentic solution design, responsible AI considerations, prompt and knowledge design, integration patterns, and process-first thinking.
- Partner with client teams to move from isolated AI experiments to production-ready capabilities with measurable business outcomes.
- Support pre-sales, solution shaping, estimation, technical workshops, and executive-level discussions where needed.
What success looks like :
- You are able to take an ambiguous business problem and turn it into a working agentic solution concept.
- You can explain complex technical topics in practical business language.
- You help teams stop thinking only in terms of screens, requirements, and configurations, and start thinking in terms of intelligent processes, measurable outcomes, and human plus AI collaboration.
- You build solutions that are technically sound, secure, scalable, and usable by real business teams.
- You create reusable methods and assets that make Crowes broader consulting team stronger.
Required experience :
- 6 or more years of experience in enterprise solution delivery, solution architecture, software engineering, Microsoft business applications, Power Platform, Azure, data engineering, or related consulting roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Dataverse, Fabric, Logic Apps, Power Automate, APIs, integration services, or enterprise data platforms.
- Ability to design and explain end-to-end technical architectures across applications, data, automation, AI, security, and integration layers.
- Experience building or extending enterprise workflows, automations, copilots, agents, or intelligent business applications.
- Strong understanding of business processes, especially in areas such as customer service, sales, field service, finance, operations, risk, compliance, or professional services.
- Experience working directly with client stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, architects, and senior leaders.
- Ability to mentor others, establish standards, and help teams adopt new delivery practices.
Preferred experience :
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps, including Finance, Operations/Supply Chain Management, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, or Project Operations.
- Experience with Copilot Studio agents, Power Platform solution architecture, Dataverse security, Azure AI services, or retrieval augmented generation patterns.
- Experience with process mining, business process cataloging, value stream mapping, or enterprise process transformation.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery.
- Familiarity with responsible AI, governance, compliance, security, and risk controls in enterprise environments.
Mindset we need :
- This person should not be a traditional developer who waits for requirements to be handed over. They should be a forward deployed problem solver who can sit with a business team, understand how work actually happens, identify broken handoffs and data gaps, and then engineer a practical solution.
- They should be comfortable saying, This does not need AI yet, when the real issue is bad data, weak process design, unclear ownership, or missing integration. They should also be capable of showing the team what good looks like when AI is the right answer.
