Agentic AI Architect - LLM

Role Overview :

- We are looking for a seasoned Agentic AI Architect to design and build autonomous AI systems for enterprise-grade, business-critical use cases.

- This role involves architecting and deploying LLM-powered agentic systems, enabling multi-agent collaboration, and integrating AI solutions into scalable enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop autonomous AI agents for business-critical use cases

- Integrate LLMs and agentic frameworks into enterprise applications and APIs

- Design and implement multi-agent collaboration systems for dynamic workflows

- Optimize agent performance for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency

- Ensure agent alignment, explainability, safety, and governance in production

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to deliver AI-driven solutions

- Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, agentic AI architectures, and AI safety research

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in GenAI / Agentic AI, including LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, etc.)

- Proficient in Python programming

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Hands-on exposure to containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) and prompt engineering

- Understanding of autonomous agent architectures, planning algorithms, and workflow orchestration

- Experience working with REST APIs, data pipelines, and MLOps practices

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Experience :

- Exposure to leading GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Mistral)

- Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio)

- Knowledge of AI security, trust, alignment, and governance frameworks

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Git, Jupyter, CI/CD pipelines)

Ideal Candidate :

- 13 to 15 years of overall experience with strong AI engineering background

- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems

- Ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor technical teams
