Brilworks is looking for a skilled Agentic AI & Machine Learning Engineer with 3- 6 years of hands-on experience in building intelligent and autonomous AI systems.

In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI agents powered by Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work on creating scalable, production-ready agentic workflows capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.

- Build, fine-tune, and optimize LLM-based models such as Llama2, GPT models, and Hugging Face Transformers.

- Develop and manage multi-agent architectures and orchestration frameworks.

- Implement and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Integrate AI agents with APIs, tools, databases, and external systems.

- Work with vector databases for embeddings, semantic search, and contextual memory.

- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Deploy AI/ML models and agents as scalable APIs and backend services.

- Monitor, evaluate, and improve agent performance in production environments.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to build AI-driven solutions.

- Mentor junior engineers and participate in architecture discussions and technical reviews.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- 3- 6 years of experience in Machine Learning or AI development.

- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and transformer-based models.

- Experience building AI agents, autonomous workflows, or multi-agent systems.

- Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic retrieval.

- Strong understanding of NLP, ML algorithms, transformers, and prompt engineering.

- Knowledge of API development and backend integration.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI frameworks.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and AI system scaling.

- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced product environments.
