We are seeking an experienced Agentforce Developer / Consultant to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions on the Salesforce Agentforce platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce ecosystem technologies, intelligent automation, AI-powered workflows, and system integrations, enabling organizations to enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business productivity through autonomous and assistive AI agents.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Agentforce-based solutions to automate business processes and enhance user experiences.

- Build AI-powered agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows using Salesforce Agentforce capabilities.

- Configure and customize Agentforce solutions aligned with business requirements and operational objectives.

- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce CRM, third-party applications, enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.

- Develop automation workflows, orchestration logic, and AI-driven business processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and reliability across Agentforce implementations.

- Support conversational AI, knowledge retrieval, and workflow automation use cases.

- Design and implement integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services, and integration platforms.

- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution activities.

- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment artifacts.

- Stay updated on Salesforce AI innovations, Agentforce capabilities, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, or platform consulting.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, or related AI-powered Salesforce solutions.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and CRM processes.

- Experience building automation workflows, intelligent agents, and business process orchestration.

- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration development.

- Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP services, and third-party system integrations.

- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation concepts.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security, governance, and performance optimization best practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
