Position: Agent force Developer

Remote

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and configure Agentforce and Service Cloud solutions.

- Build customizations using Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL.

- Configure Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge, and Service Console.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.

Required Skills:

- 45 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.

- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Good understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and CI/CD tools.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

Preferred Certifications:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I

- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce AI Associate / Agentforce Specialist
