Job Title : Product Manager - Flights (OTA / Travel Domain)

Location : Delhi

Experience Required : 3 - 5Years (Travel / OTA Mandatory)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager - Flights with strong expertise in the OTA / Travel Technology domain. The ideal candidate will own and drive the flight booking product strategy, optimize user journeys, and lead integrations across GDS, NDC, airlines, and third-party systems to maximize revenue and conversion.

This role requires deep understanding of airline distribution, fare structures, ancillaries, and dynamic pricing in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for the flight booking platform.

- Own end-to-end Flight Product Management including GDS & NDC integrations.

- Manage integrations with :

a. GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

b. Airline direct APIs & NDC

c. Consolidators & aggregators

d. Meta-search platforms

e. Payment gateways

- Optimize booking funnel and improve user journey, UI/UX, and conversion rates.

- Drive monetization strategies including private fares, markups, ancillaries, and dynamic pricing.

- Track and improve key KPIs :

a. Booking success rate

b. Revenue per search

c. Conversion rate

d. Cancellation ratio

e. Ancillary attachment rate

- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis.

- Lead A/B testing, feature releases, and sprint planning in Agile/Scrum environment.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and operations teams.

- Work closely with airline partners and suppliers for commercial alignment.

Must-Have Skills & Expertise :

- Proven experience as a Product Manager in OTA / Travel Technology.

- Strong expertise in :

a. GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

b. NDC integrations

c. Flight booking engines

- Deep understanding of :

a. Airline fare structures

b. Private fares & negotiated fares

c. LCC (Low-Cost Carriers)

d. Ancillaries (baggage, meals, seat selection)

e. Dynamic pricing strategies

- Hands-on experience with API integrations.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in :

a. SQL

b. Excel

c. Google Analytics / GA4

d. BI tools

- Experience improving user journey & conversion funnel optimization.

- Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional leadership skills.

- Understanding of travel consumer behavior (domestic & international).

Preferred Background :

- Prior experience with a leading OTA, airline, or travel technology company.

- MBA or Product Management certification is a plus.

- Experience handling high-traffic consumer travel platforms.
