Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MuleSoft Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integrations and APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role will be responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions that connect critical business applications including Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Fabric, customer portals, and other SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Mule 4, API-led connectivity, DataWeave transformations, API management, and modern integration architecture patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support MuleSoft integrations and APIs using Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.

- Build reusable System, Process, and Experience APIs aligned with API-led connectivity principles and enterprise architecture standards.

- Develop integrations across Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Workday, Microsoft Fabric, Gainsight, Docebo, Impartner, customer portals, and other enterprise applications.

- Create DataWeave transformations for data mapping, validation, enrichment, filtering, and format conversion.

- Design and document REST and SOAP APIs using RAML and OpenAPI specifications.

- Implement synchronous, asynchronous, batch, and event-driven integration patterns.

- Ensure secure integration development through authentication, authorization, encryption, logging, monitoring, and error handling best practices.

- Support migration of legacy integrations to scalable MuleSoft-based architectures.

- Contribute to CI/CD implementation, automated testing, deployment automation, and release management.

- Provide production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of integration-related incidents.

- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, operational support guides, and API specifications.

- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver integration solutions aligned with business objectives.
