Job Description :

Role : ServiceNow Developer Service Portal

Experience : 4-8 Years

Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Must-Have Skills :

- ServiceNow Development experience with ITSM and/or HRSD modules

- Strong hands-on experience in Service Portal development

- Experience developing and customizing Service Portal widgets

- Good knowledge of AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and GlideAjax

- Good understanding of ServiceNow client-side and server-side scripting

Nice to Have :

- CSM or HRSD experience

- CSA Certification

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portal solutions

- Build and enhance custom widgets, pages, themes, and catalog experiences

- Develop client-side and server-side scripts to support portal functionality

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

- Support production issues, enhancements, and platform upgrades
